Campus Pastor
The Campus Pastor (Associate) provides spiritual leadership, operational oversight, and cultural alignment for the campus, ensuring that the vision of Discover Church is carried out with excellence and unity. This role pastors people, develops leaders, and oversees the day-to-day ministry and execution of services and environments. As a key leader, the Campus Pastor helps create a healthy & growing church where people feel known, cared for, and consistently challenged to take their next step in following Jesus.
Next Generation Pastor
Are you ready to bring and have FUN!? The Next Gen Pastor leads and oversees all ministry environments for kids and youth, building a clear and intentional pathway for spiritual growth from childhood through graduation. This role is responsible for developing leaders, equipping parents, and creating engaging, age-appropriate environments where the next generation can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. The Next Gen Pastor plays a critical role in shaping the future of the church by investing in young people and helping families stay connected and discipled.
Worship Pastor
The Worship Pastor leads and oversees all worship environments at Discover, creating experiences that are engaging, Spirit-led, and executed with excellence. This role is responsible for building and developing worship teams, planning and leading services, and cultivating a culture of worship that helps people encounter God in a meaningful way. In addition, the WP assists in the oversight of Live Production, partnering with production teams to ensure services are distraction-free, technically excellent, and aligned with the overall vision of Discover.
